The Saw Blog by Matt Cianci, is a great site to visit for anyone interested in razor sharp hand saws. The blog covers just about anything you might want to know about restoring, filing or even, making saws. There is also an enormous amount of information about vintage hand saws, and their makers: Disston, Atkins, Jennings, and Simonds to name but a few.
Matt Cianci, is a professional saw doctor offering sharpening, repair and sales of hand saws old and new. He specializes in saw sharpening and repair for vintage saws and have been doing so since 2010. In addition to this he teaches saw filing, restoration and saw making classes at several woodworking schools around New England as well as private workshops, classes, and individual instruction in saw sharpening and repair.
